Alison Glass Aura Quilt Pattern

🪡Solstice Quilt Pattern is designed by Nydia Kehnle and Alison Glass.  The Aura quilt is an exploration of shape and color.

🪡Aura uses the foundation paper piecing technique and includes the block template, detailed foundation paper piecing instructions, and a colouring page.

🪡The cover quilt (size 64" x 84") features 49 fabrics from Kaleidoscope and Mariner Cloth by Alison Glass for Andover Fabrics to create the effect shown.

TOOLS

• thin copy or foundation paper
• printer/copier for making copies of the template
• sewing machine with adjustable stitch length
• rotary cutter, rulers, and cutting mat
• Add-A-Quarter Ruler by CM Designs, optional but helpful
• iron/ironing surface or pressing tool
• 80wt thread
• water-soluble glue stick
• Micro Fine Glue Tips by Schamber Quilts, optional but helpful
• water-soluble liquid glue
