Refund policy

RETURNS

We offer a 14 day refund policy on all non-personalised items.

Returns will only be accepted on items that are faulty or damaged.  Patterns and kits can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, minus return postage costs. No refund will be given on cut-to-order fabrics unless they are faulty. Please get in touch if you need to return an item.

As all fabrics are cut to order, hence personalised, we do not offer refunds on these products unless they are sent to you faulty or damaged. All social media (through Facebook, Instagram or Pinterest) sales are final. 

Every item is inspected before being carefully packaged to our high standards. In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty or damaged product, or you have changed your mind about the non-personalised goods, please contact us and send your purchase to the address provided within 14 days with a short cover note along with your Order Number. 

We recommend sending any returns by recorded delivery so that you have a proof of postage - we will reimburse this postage cost if the product is found to be faulty or damaged. If you have any questions feel free to contact us at sales@rosemarywild.co.uk.

For Positively Wild Coaching Services sold through the website, Positively Wild Coaching will promptly issue an instruction to the payment processor to issue the refund.  Positively Wild Coaching will be bound by the payment processor's usual refund timings and are unable to speed up the process. 

If you receive a refund, this will immediately terminate any and all licenses granted to you to use the materials in the Training or provided to you under this Agreement and the Company’s Terms.

You will immediately cease using the material and destroy all copies of information provided to you, including but not limited to: emails, videos, audio files, forms, documents, templates, shared folders, and other resources.
