What's your word of the year for 2025?

GROW. That's my word of the year. Last year's word was STRONG - I needed to be strong last year so I kept this word in mind all the way through the year.
I've overcome the life challenges which were placed in my way and this year I want to GROW from the foundations that I've put in place in the last quarter of 2024.
Ideally I should have written Strong down and had it in a visilbe place but I didn't - I'll write Grow though and place it somewhere prominent for this year.
What word would you choose for 2025 to take with you as a mental prompt? What do you want to feel at the end of the year? What would you like to be doing?
