LINEN IS IN STOCK! One of my aims is to be as sustainable as possible so I will only stock fabrics which are natural.
Linen is one of the most biodegradable and stylish fabrics in fashion history. It is strong, naturally moth resistant, and made from flax plant fibres. Linen naturally needs virtually no pesticides and little in the way of fertilizers or irrigation, so it is clean to grow and has a minimal carbon footprint.I have a great stock of fabrics woven, designed and made in Scotland so it's also brilliant to support Scottish makers. The fabrics in stock would be great for making cushions, bags through to lovely cosy skirts.I also have a really exciting product of hemp silk which I will showcase next week.
