Rugmaking Fabric

Rosemary Wild

Something fun and different to make!  Fancy making a rag rug with all your fabric scraps?

This is very simple to complete. Once you have a scrap of material, working from the back you create a hole and push the strip through.  You can use one strip and prod it through until you have used it all. Then move on to the next strip.

If there is enough interest, I will start stocking prodders to help push the material through so you can work quicker.

🧵100% linen

🧵36 inches wide

Each quantity is equal to one fat quarter of fabric. One fat quarter is a rectangular piece of fabric that usually measures roughly 55cm x 45cm depending on the manufactured width of fabric.

More than one quantity will be cut as a continuous length. As a guide, half a metre of fabric is equal to 2 fat quarters and one metre of fabric 4 fat quarters.

Please send me a message if you would like a longer length and I can check to see if it is available.

I try to represent the design and colour of my items as accurately as possible but please be aware that this may vary on different screens or devices. Please feel free to ask any questions and I will do my best to help.
